To make delicious milk cake in microwave oven you will require 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup ghee (or butter), 1/2 cup semolina (rava), 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder and 1/4 cup chopped nuts (like almonds, cashews).

How to make milk cake in oven
First of all, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). After this, prepare a baking tray by applying ghee. Then boil the milk in a large vessel and keep boiling till the quantity of milk reduces to half. Add sugar, milk powder and ghee to the boiled milk and mix well. Keep cooking this mixture on medium flame, keep stirring continuously so that it does not stick to the bottom. After this, when the mixture starts thickening, add cardamom powder to it and mix well. Pour the prepared mixture into the baking tray and spread it evenly and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it is completely set. After removing from the oven, let it cool and when it cools, cut it into small pieces. In this way your milk cake is ready. Serve it at room temperature or you can also eat it cold.
